Our 3rd EXCO meeting and it is... FULL ATTENDANCE AGAIN X)
So grateful for my dedicated EXCO, its a blessing that we have such an A team of leaders willing to commit to Cheway! 2015. Of course, we will all soon be family members if the progress of internal matchmaking continues HAHAHA! Okay enough of this inside joke :)
As the PD, I feel the strong need for ever comm member to know beyond one's scope of work and understand the prpject as a whole, which is why we have alot of meetings here and there!
So for this EXCO meeting, we started of light by playing 2 games that Mich and I found online, a answer-for-your-partner game and a memory game (The pairing was absolutely randomised, in case some of you doubted. "If you keep getting the same partner for every game/event, it just means that you two are fated to be together" by a wise person). Turned out my team lost cause we got numbered-owned by our tech head :( but who cares cause we had our share of fun HAHAHA!
On the serious work, we came out with subcomm updates in the form of the dec timeline so each comm will know what they have to do by when in this dec holidays. I hope its clearer to everyone so your holidays can be more productive :)
I wont bore you with the details of each update but in the next few weeks you will start to see what the various comms will be doing (i will get them to post HAHA)
Lastly, we ended our meeting with a team lunch at Techno *sobs, engine* once again, really thank you to every exco member for being so professional and timely in your work. We appreciate it alot :) cheers to a "work hard, play harder" holiday!
