1st Team Lunch

So we had a rather light-hearted meal yesterday with 25/35 attendance yay! Our crazy leaders got everyone to interact and play this games where they wrote truths about themselves and the rest guessed the person when the leaders read them out.

Interesting facts we have there: Guy stabbed a girl, girl punched a guy. What a violent team we have X).

After that, we got to hear the leader's lengthy *snooze* introduction of Cheway! 2015 before we surprise Qingwei and Marco with the cake! (their birthdays are on 1 Nov!!)

And of course, the best closure is to take a team photo, just not at the fountain area...

But looking at their happy faces. Everything would be worthwhile! I heart Cheway!<3

Cheway! 2015: Prologue

Hey everyone,

Welcome to the story of Cheway! 2015. This is the very first post for this year's run and we are really excited to embark on this journey :D

For those who are aware, Project Cheway! is a student initiated project under NUS Chemical Engineering Student Society. This coming run is the 4th run and the first was in 2012. You can read more about the pioneer batch in their blog.

Just some news to kickstart our journey, recruitment has completed and we have successfully recruited a family of 35, 27 in the overseas team and 8 in the local team:)

This year, we will be continuing the sub-comm structure, with 5 independent committees:
1) Marketing
2) Ops&Tech
3) Programmes
4) Log&Pub
5) FUNdraising

Headed by our excellent team of committed EXCO, we are definitely going to make this year a gigantic success:)
